Terms and Conditions

Confirmed bookings: We work with small and exclusive service providers, some of them in remote areas. Therefore, we require full payment 60 days prior to arrival.

FIT Reservations: We require written confirmation accepting Kruger Golf Safaris terms and conditions. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy: We require written confirmation of all cancellations.

• 61+ days prior to arrival: 20% of the full charge

• 60-46 days prior to arrival: 35% of the full charge

• 45-15 days prior to arrival: 85% of the full charge

• 14-0 days prior to arrival: 95% of the full charge

 

Group bookings: A group applies to eight or more full paying guests. A 60% deposit, of which 30% is non-refundable, is required to confirm a group reservation. A full prepayment is required 65 (sixty-five) days prior to arrival.

Kruger Golf Safaris reserve the right to cancel the reservation should we not receive the deposit timeously.

Cancellation Policy for Groups:

• 91+ days prior to arrival: 35% of the full charge

• 90-31 days prior to arrival: 80% of the full charge

• 30-0 days prior to arrival: 95% of the full charge

 

Please note the following:

• All bank deposits are to be received free of bank charges or commissions

• Only cash or credit cards are accepted at the lodges, strictly no debit cards

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have adequate travel insurance, including cancellation, medical/health, accident and luggage cover
